OVER & BEYOND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please Note: When registering and paying for a trip, you agree to Over & Beyond Travel Terms and Conditions.

Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed. Upon booking a trip, you will receive an invoice with your monthly schedule. You must use the invoice to authorize all payments. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week before each scheduled payment date.

Cancelation Policy: Over & Beyond Travel charges a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per person to cancel your vacation. This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request, and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid. Supplier-imposed penalties may apply. All cancellations must be in writing at https://bit.ly/cancelmytrip

Final Payment: The final payment must be received on or before the due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in the automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Over & Beyond Travel LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize their travel insurance in the event that they can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Over & Beyond Travel LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Over & Beyond Travel LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
