Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain very important information about booking a travel product and/or service with Honeymoons, Inc. and Travel Impressions.

When you book a travel product and/or service with Honeymoons, Inc. and Travel Impressions to a destination, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, intend to be legally bound by them and acknowledge and agree that they become part of your contract with Travel Impressions. To the extent that any travel products and/or services are booked through this website or your Travel Agent, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.

Revisions

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs.   

Payments

-Required Deposit: $100 per person due no later than 1/15/2024

-2^nd Group Payment: 50% of package total due by 4/15/2024 – Deadline to add optional insurance

-3^rd Group Payment: 25% of package total due by 6/15/2024

-Final Group Payment: Due by 8/15/2024

*Reservations with outstanding balance as of 9/14/2024 will be subject to automatic cancellation by the resort.

Cancellations/Refunds  

Cancellation made after deposit will result in $50 per person penalty

Cancellation made 6/14/2024 to 8/14/2024 will incur a 50% penalty

Cancellation made 8/15/2024 to 9/13/2024 will incur a 75% penalty

Cancellation made 9/14/2024 to travel are 100% non-refundable

Travel Insurance  

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please see below for Cancel for Any Reason Insurance Options.

Decision to add/adjust optional insurance will be required no later than 4/15/2024

Documents Required for Travel  

Valid Passports are now required for international travel and must be valid 6 months past return date. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate. Refunds are not issued for costs associated with your failure to bring proper documentation.

Baggage

Most airlines now charge passengers to travel with checked bags. Please ask your agent for more details, or you can visit your carrier's website. 

Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays

Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger. Note:  Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your air-inclusive tour. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.

Our Commitment to You:

Honeymoons Inc. has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you such reasonable help as we can in resolving this.

Please understand also that we cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions.   We appreciate your business.
