Important Passport Conditions- Please read this in its entirety.

You must let your agent know what country issued your passport if not the United States of America so entry and Visas can be checked. Please note that if you are a legal resident of the US, special provisions may apply.

Passport cards cannot be used for travel. Military "no fee" passports cannot be used. You must have a passport booklet for travel and blank pages for entry stamps.

If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. The travel agent or agencies will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have proper documents and that their documents match the name of their reservations and airline tickets.
