By submitting this quote request form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by BAMtravelsuite LLC:

1. Eligibility for Complimentary Quotes
   Complimentary quotes for up to two (2) destinations in the all-inclusive category are offered exclusively to repeat clients who have booked travel with BAMtravelsuite LLC for two (2) consecutive years or more. (This does not apply to group travel)

2. Planning Fee Requirement
   Clients who do not meet the repeat-client eligibility requirements are subject to a non-refundable planning fee. This fee is required before the planning process begins and prior to the release of any travel quotes.

3. Payment Acknowledgment

   By signing or submitting this form, you acknowledge that the required planning fee must be paid in full before any research is conducted or quotes are provided. Planning fees are accepted via Cash App or invoice only.

   If the planning fee is not received within forty-eight (48) hours of submitting your quote request, your request will be cancelled and your file deleted, and a new form and fee will be required to proceed.

4. Quote Expiration
   All quotes provided by BAMtravelsuite LLC are valid for three (3) weeks from the date they are sent.

   • If the trip is not booked within this timeframe, the quote will expire.

   • An expired quote will require the submission of a new quote request form and payment of a new planning fee, if applicable.

5. Turnaround Time
   The standard turnaround time for quotes is five (5) business days from the date the planning fee is received.

   • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
