At Endless Vacation & Tours Travel Agency, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of professional service to meet your travel needs. To ensure a seamless and well-planned experience, a non-refundable research and planning fee of $50 per reservation booking will be emailed to you. Vacation planning requires extensive time, training, and expertise.
My services include researching cruises, hotels, tours, activities, and transportation options tailored to your preferences. I also coordinate with suppliers, draft itineraries, and handle other essential details to create a stress-free travel experience for you.
Once your customized itinerary has been prepared, you are free to compare or book elsewhere. However, if you choose not to proceed with booking through me for any reason—whether you decide not to travel, book elsewhere, or were just exploring options—the research fee will be retained as compensation for the services provided.
The research fee is valid for 30 days and includes one destination change and necessary revisions. If no booking is made within this period, your request will be considered canceled. Should you wish to move forward after the 30-day period, a new research fee will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Your quotes/ itineraries/proposals WILL NOT be released until this form has been signed and returned by YOU. By signing you agree that the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and understand that a new fee will be due if you initiate any new requests after 30 days.
