Texas Girl Travel Roommate Match Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Texas Girl Travel Roommate Match Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Texas Girl Travel will work to help you find a compatible roommate but cannot guarantee compatibility. Texas Girl Travel is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between roommates. You are responsible for communicating openly and resolving any conflicts that may arise during your trip independently.
These terms and conditions are legally binding and governed by the State of Texas laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions and/or the terms and conditions of Texas Girl Travel LLC shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1-16, either according to the then-existing Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS). Such proceedings will be governed by substantive (but not procedural) Texas law and will occur in Fort Bend County, TX.
Texas Girl Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate the Roommate Match Program without prior notice.
Payment: The roommate matching program becomes available once 75% of your balance at the double occupancy rate is paid. Please note that all payments made are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance.
Accommodations: You and your roommate are expected to share the selected accommodations during the Texas Girl Travel group trip. Both parties agree to respect each other's privacy, personal space, and belongings.
Cleanliness: You and your roommate are obligated to maintain a clean and tidy living space during the Texas Girl Travel group trip. Both parties agree to clean up after themselves and contribute equally to the overall cleanliness of the shared accommodations.
Noise level: You and your roommate are expected to be considerate of each other's sleep and quiet time during the Texas Girl Travel group trip. Both parties agree to keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid any behavior that may disrupt the other person's ability to sleep or relax.
Guests: You and your roommate agree to limit the number of guests you invite to the shared accommodations during the Texas Girl Travel group trip.
Communication: You and your roommate are expected to maintain open and honest communication throughout the Texas Girl Travel group trip.
Conflict resolution: In the event of any conflicts, you and your roommate agree to work towards a resolution through open communication and compromise. Both parties agree to avoid any behavior that may cause harm or damage to the other person or their property.
Compliance: You and your roommate are obligated to comply with all Texas Girl Travel policies, rules, and regulations, as well as all local laws and ordinances.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party and to Texas Girl Travel. In the event of termination, both parties agree to comply with any remaining payment obligations at the single occupancy rate.
By enrolling in the Texas Girl Travel Roommate Match Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions of the Roommate Matching Program, as well as the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Texas Girl Travel LLC.
