While trip costs can vary significantly based on travel location, type of trip, and components booked, you can expect a custom designed travel experience to cost between $750-$1,500 per person, per night, excluding international flights. This budget gives us enough to work with in terms of pairing you with exceptional accommodations and the kinds of hands-on experiences we’re known for curating. *

Once we receive your form, we'll be in touch to schedule a complimentary trip consultation call to get to know more about you and your trip. After that, if we decide to move forward together, ATX World Travel requires a signed client services contract and a non-refundable trip design fee before any work can begin on your trip. Trip design fees start at $150 per traveler and can vary based on the number of travelers and complexity of your trip. NEW AS OF JAN 15, 2025: Once an itinerary is approved, we require a non-refundable trip booking and management fee equal to 5% of the overall trip cost before any trip components are booked. *
