TRAVEL PERFECT LLC charges a Non-Refundable Research and Planning Fee which applies to both new and returning clients. This fee is based on the type of travel requested:

U.S. Vacations, Mexico & Caribbean Vacations, and Cruises: $50.00

All Other International Destinations: $100.00

Flights Only: $25 per domestic ticket / $50 per international ticket

Please note: Group booking fees may vary and will be discussed during your complimentary consultation.

This fee covers our standard travel planning services, which include:

Researching and recommending the most suitable properties and travel options based on your preferences

Providing guidance on up-to-date travel protocols, regulations, and entry requirements

Incorporating the latest updates from tour operators, airlines, and resorts to ensure a smooth travel experience

By investing in this service, you gain a knowledgeable travel partner dedicated to streamlining your planning process and supporting you at every step of your journey.

If both parties agree to move forward following the consultation, an invoice will be issued for the Non-Refundable Research and Planning Fee. This fee must be paid before any vacation planning begins.

While it is certainly possible to book travel independently online, this fee ensures that you’ll have expert guidance throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to your return home, I will be here to handle the details and manage any issues that may arise, so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind.
