This documentation includes a Reservation Form, Travel Protection Form, and Credit Card Authorization Form and this Terms & Conditions Form; as well as copies of Passports and/or passport application form (international travel). These forms must be completed/submitted before any reservation can be made.
International reservations can be made without a passport, but Grand Escapes Travel will require a copy of passport(s) prior to final payment if possible. The blue passport book is the only accepted document to travel internationally; no cards are accepted.
All US citizens traveling to or from any international destination via airlines transportation must have a valid passport which must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the return travel date. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify current entry requirements and obtain the necessary travel documentation based on the country of origin, destination and any countries in which a stop is scheduled. Minors 17 and under traveling alone or with a single parent may be required to have additional documentation on international flights. No refund will be issued for losses incurred as a result of failure to obtain or provide required valid documentation.

It is important to complete the Cancellation Form and submit the cancellation fee in a timely manner. If not received in a timely manner, tour operator could auto-cancel reservation for non-payment, non-cancel and keep all funds in penalties.
6) Grand Escapes Travel will not release personal information to any parties and will apply due diligence in maintaining records in a secured, safe location.7) Prior to making a Deposit or Full Payment on any travel package, it is important to understand tour operator(s) standards of pricing. Prices quoted are valid on date quoted, and subject to change until secured by Deposit Payment; after which the base package price is fixed, but final costs may be subject to fluctuations from government-imposed fee changes. The travel products being purchased may be subject to additional surcharges, and fees imposed by individual suppliers or government entitles after the purchase date. These post-purchase amounts may be for reason varying from currency exchange fluctuations, fuel surcharges, changes to foreign port charges and new travel taxes. Any changes in fees will be immediately conveyed to clients, include detailed reason of change, and options to handle payment.
Please also note that final payment deadlines are set by the tour operator/supplier; not by Grand Escapes Travel. If final payment is not made by final payment date, it is subject to automatic cancellation by the tour operator/supplier and could be 100% non-refundable.8) It is important to know that with any change to the reservation, a change in the price may occur due to current pricing at the time of change, by the suppliers and/or airlines even if there is a deposit already placed on the reservation.
9) Travel protection will always be highly suggested for all travel. Not only do you not want to miss a vacation due to unforeseen circumstances, but to lose the money you paid makes it worse. Travel protection helps provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, baggage loss/delay, medical/dental expenses and more. You are required to either accept or decline travel protection during the reservation process. Travel protection quotes and purchases are on an individual basis. A Travel Protection Form must be submitted, with either acceptance or decline, before any reservation is made. If you did not purchase travel insurance for your reservation and you must cancel, all payments are non-refundable.
10) We do not have a merchant account for payments; however, we make payments directly to the tour operator your vacation package is booked with, on your behalf. All final payment dates are included within the vacation proposals and payments must be received by the date indicated. Otherwise, the tour operator may cancel your vacation.
11) All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments made towards your vacation may also be non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended in these circumstances.
12) Grand Escapes Travel will not be held liable for any trip cancellation, trip interruption due to personal or family health crisis or death, weather, natural disaster, terrorism, or any other unforeseen circumstance. Grand Escapes Travel will not be held liable for any non-refundable fees, travel insurance refunds or price increase after having communicated to client.
