While travel is full of amazing experiences, it can come with unexpected surprises. By working with Magic Mom Travel, LLC, you agree to:
- Acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including delays or unanticipated events.
- Accept responsibility for your own welfare and waive future claims against Magic Mom Travel, LLC.
Cancellations & Changes:
These are subject to policies and fees of the resort, hotel, airline, or travel insurance provider. Magic Mom Travel, LLC assumes no liability for costs related to:
- Vendor or itinerary changes outside of our control.
- Incorrect information provided at booking, such as names or birth dates.
- Modifications or cancellations due to personal decisions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19).
Important Tip: Double-check that your full name and birth date match your government-issued ID or passport to avoid unexpected fees or booking challenges.
Passports & Entry Requirements
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date to the United States.
- Some destinations require passports to be issued at least 1-3 months before your trip. Failure to meet these requirements could result in denied entry.
Travel Insurance: Protect Your Trip
Travel insurance is your safety net for unexpected hiccups like medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or lost baggage.
- Travel insurance options will be included in your proposal. While optional, it’s highly recommended to safeguard your investment.
- If you decline travel insurance, you’ll need to sign an Insurance Decline Waiver before booking. Please note, declining travel insurance may put your investment at risk, with no guarantee of refunds or compensation.
