Terms & Conditions
We are Travel Wise With Bria and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travel Wise With Bria and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Deal of the Day quotes will incur at $15 non-refundable research fee. The fee includes quotes for a maximum of 2 travel days with a maximum of 2 departure locations. Please allow 2-4 business day to process and provide quotes. Any revisions or quotes after the two revisions will incur an additional fee. The fee secures the time spent revising the proposals and itineraries in the even the booking is not completed. Established clients (booked at least one trip in the past 12 months) will be exempt from the research fee.
Travel Wise With Bria does charge a cancellation fee per person in the event a booking is cancelled payable to Travel Wise With Bria, LLC. The cancellation fee supplements the time spent planning and booking travel for our clients. Below is the cancellation fee schedule:
- International Trips: $50 cancellation fee per person
- Domestic Trips: $30 cancellation fee per person
We do reserve the right to increase a service fee for our time involved with planning your trip under certain circumstances. Pricing and availability are subject to change until a booking deposit is made.
