2. Planning and Service Fees
All planning fees are nonrefundable, without exception, and must be paid in full before any services are rendered. These fees are compensation for time, expertise, and resources and are not dependent on travel actually taking place.
Clients engaging in a group trip organized directly by Sage Travel Services will not be charged planning fees, except those listed specifically on the group trip registration or as required by the suppliers.
The following fees apply:
2.1 Cruise Planning
Clients who provide the exact ship name, sail date, and cabin type are eligible to receive one complimentary quote.

A quote is defined as pricing for up to three cabin types on one sailing.

A cancellation fee of $50 applies to all cruise bookings.
All cruise bookings include complimentary price monitoring.
Note: If additional travel components such as flights, hotels, or ground transfers are requested, the service will be reclassified as a Planned Itinerary (see Section 2.3), and billed accordingly.

Note: If additional travel components such as flights, pre- or post-tour arrangements, or transfers are requested, the service may be reclassified as a Planned Itinerary (see Section 2.3) and billed accordingly.
3. Payments and Bookings
All supplier pricing is subject to change and availability and is not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been received. Clients may be required to make payments directly to suppliers to secure reservations. The Company is not responsible for changes in supplier rates or availability.
4. Cancellations and Changes
All fees paid to Sage Travel Services are nonrefundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including cancellations initiated by the client or by a third-party supplier.
Supplier-specific cancellation and change fees may apply in addition to Sage Travel Services' cancellation fees. The client is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all supplier terms and conditions.
Revisions to custom itineraries may incur additional charges as specified in Section 2.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and travel information. This includes but is not limited to legal names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, and preferences.

Sage Travel Services acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We do not own or operate any of the services or accommodations offered.
The Company shall not be held liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, or any other irregularity that may arise from the actions of third-party suppliers. This includes delays, cancellations, changes in schedules, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
Participation in any travel-related activities is at the client’s own risk. The client releases Sage Travel Services from all claims arising out of or related to travel arrangements made on the client's behalf.
