Trippin × JP Travel Planning Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before signing. By electronically signing this Discovery Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Planning Services & Fees

Planning fees compensate for the time, research, expertise, and personalized planning provided by Trippin × JP. All planning fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward the cost of your travel reservation.

Planning Service Fees

• Standard Vacation Planning: $25
• Vacation Planning + Custom Itinerary: $50
• Small Group Planning (up to 14 rooms): $50
• Large Group Planning (15 or more rooms): $100

Group Planning Benefits
All group planning services include a complimentary custom travel booking page tailored to your occasion, event, or travel theme.

Groups maintaining 15 or more booked rooms may also qualify for additional group lead incentives, subject to supplier eligibility and group performance. Any applicable incentives and terms will be reviewed and agreed upon before your Travel Planning Agreement is finalized.

Each planning fee covers one vacation request and includes a two-week planning period, beginning on the date your first travel proposal is delivered.

Unless otherwise stated in the selected planning service, one revision to the initial travel proposal (such as one hotel change or one destination change) is included. Additional revisions or significant changes to the original request may require an additional planning fee.

If a reservation has not been booked within two (2) weeks of the delivery of your initial travel proposal, or if you choose to begin planning a different vacation, destination, travel dates, or substantially different itinerary, a new planning fee may be required before additional research or planning services begin.

Rush Planning, when available, is an optional add-on service. Availability is not guaranteed. If Rush Planning cannot be accommodated, you will be notified before your payment authorization is processed for the additional Rush Planning fee.

Planning fees cover research and planning services only and do not guarantee pricing, availability, reservations, or supplier inventory.

2. Quotes & Availability

All quotes are based on pricing and availability at the time they are prepared. Airline fares, hotel rates, cruise fares, promotions, room categories, excursions, and availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed by a deposit or full payment.

Trippin × JP cannot guarantee pricing or availability until your reservation has been confirmed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate traveler information.
• Reviewing all quotes, invoices, confirmations, and travel documents upon receipt.
• Verifying that traveler names exactly match government-issued identification.
• Ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, and any other documentation required by the destination.
• Meeting all entry, exit, and health requirements for their travel destination.

Trippin × JP is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect traveler information or missing travel documentation.

4. Communication

Prompt communication is essential throughout the planning process. Delays in responding to requests for information, approvals, or payments may affect pricing, availability, promotional offers, or booking deadlines.

5. Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment against cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, supplier default, and other unforeseen events.

If you decline travel protection, you accept full financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, losses, or expenses that may occur before or during travel.

6. Supplier Responsibility

Trippin × JP acts solely as an independent travel advisor facilitating travel services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and excursion companies.

Trippin × JP is not responsible for supplier actions or omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, weather events, mechanical failures, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, acts of God, government actions, or any circumstances beyond its control.

7. Chargeback Policy

Trippin × JP maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.

By signing this agreement,

You acknowledge that all planning fees, deposits, and travel payments were knowingly authorized by you for services requested.

If you have questions or concerns regarding any charge, you agree to contact Trippin × JP directly to allow an opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

Clients who initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from booking future travel services through Trippin × JP.

If a chargeback results in financial loss after planning services have been performed or travel arrangements have been confirmed, Trippin × JP reserves the right to pursue recovery of all unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney's fees where permitted by law, court costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trippin × JP's liability for any claim arising from travel planning services shall not exceed the amount of the planning fee paid by the client.
