Have your Disney trip planned by a family vacation expert! Our planning fee reflects the expertise, time, and personalized attention that go into crafting your custom itinerary. Once your form is submitted, we will invoice you based on the number of days you'd like assistance with. 

Planning Fee Inclusions: 

  • Expert Guidance: Benefit from our team's deep well of knowledge, honed over years of crafting unforgettable travel experiences. Our expertise is your compass to navigating the intricacies of planning the perfect trip, tailored exclusively for you.

  • Personalized Service: From your first inquiry to the culmination of your trip, and every step in between, expect nothing less than exceptional service. Our dedication to your travel needs means we're always here to ensure your experience is seamless and fulfilling.

 

Planning Fee Terms

  • This fee applies to the specific trip destination, dates, and scope discussed at the time of booking, and is valid for use within 30 days of your initial planning call.
  • This fee is specific to the itinerary scope agreed upon initially. If there is a significant change to your trip (e.g., different park, major date shift, or substantial change in party size), the fee may no longer apply and an additional fee may be required.
  • This fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward the cost of any travel bookings or reservations.
  • Magical Moms Travel is not responsible for changes made by Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, or any other theme park operator that may affect your experience. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in park hours, attraction closures or refurbishments, show cancellations, Lightning Lane or reservation system updates, and weather-related disruptions. We will do our best to plan around known changes, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific attraction, experience, or operational detail on the day of your visit.
  • Your itinerary is provided for your personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or shared for commercial purposes. The planning, strategies, and content reflect the proprietary expertise of Magical Moms Travel. 
  • The itinerary delivery timeline of 2–3 business days begins once the client has submitted their Lightning Lane selections to Bright Life Travel. Clients are expected to share their selections with Magical Moms Travel the same day their bookings are made.  Any delays in providing the required details may affect the delivery timeline.
  • All park ticket purchases, hotel bookings, dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, and other reservations are the sole responsibility of the client.
