By signing this document, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for working with Destination Junky Travel Services (“DJTS”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future trip planning with DJTS.

Scope of Service

DJTS serves as a travel planning agency and acts as an agent between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). DJTS does not own, operate, or control any suppliers and is not responsible for supplier actions, policies, delays, cancellations, or service failures.

Payments & Pricing

All trip payments are entered by you through TravelJoy and submitted directly to suppliers. DJTS does not collect, hold, or deposit client funds at any time.
Pricing is not guaranteed until a supplier deposit is processed. If you delay payment, prices and availability may change.

No Refunds From DJTS

Any refunds, credits, cancellations, or penalties are governed by supplier rules. DJTS does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank in place of following the supplier’s cancellation or refund policy. If a chargeback is filed and the supplier reverses the funds back to DJTS, you agree to repay DJTS the disputed amount.

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID, vaccination records, etc.) and ensuring you meet all entry requirements for your destination.

Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Declining insurance means you accept full responsibility for any financial loss.

Start of Service

Planning, research, and trip work begin only after this Terms & Conditions document is signed and returned.

Future Fees

DJTS reserves the right to introduce planning, research, or service fees in the future. If applicable, you will be notified before any fee-based work begins.

Data Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for travel planning and supplier communication purposes in accordance with the DJTS Data Privacy Policy.
