We are Boyd’s Travel Destinations and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Boyd’s Travel Destinations and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. I fully understand that if Retainer is not received within 48  business hours of receipt Boyd’s Travel Destinations will consider this request null and void.

$45.00 Non-Refundable Professional Service Retainer 

Due to the nature in travel in 2023 and beyond, Boyd's Travel Destinations will be charging a $45.00 non-refundable professional service retainer to all clients. This retainer includes our usual services of researching, finding/recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever-changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from tour operators, airlines and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation and phone call will be setup. During that phone call if both parties decide to move forward, the retainer will be due prior to any planning of the vacation. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional services retainer ensures that you will not be alone with your vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way.

Research Retainer will be used toward the Final Payment. Research  Retainer will not be used toward the deposit at all. If the trip is cancelled for any reason, or you decide not to book with said agency Boyd’s Travel Destinations  Retainer is considered nonrefundable and will be used to compensate Boyd’s Travel Destinations for time spent creating the trip.  Any additional payments made directly to the supplier and are refundable will be processed as Trip Credit or Refund depending upon the Travel Insurance selected at the time of booking. If no Travel Insurance is selected , all funds are nonrefundable and will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

***Group booking fees will differ and starts at $60.00 and upward depending on size of group and will be discussed on the complimentary consultation phone call. Professional Retainer will be $45 for Individual Booking request of 5 people or less and $60 for more than 6 people. A group of 10  or more travelers will require a larger deposit $100 or more  based on the needs and dynamics of the request.

All names and emails of travelers MUST be provided at the time of the request This is required to gather the traveler's information, ages and other dynamics to properly price the trip.

Any repeat clients of 2 or more  trips booked and traveled will have their retainer waived.

 Boyd’s Travel Destinations has had to implement this as we have experienced too many requests and free quotes have gone out without potential clients booking and the Agency  is losing  funds.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that in order to begin this process, full payment must be received timely.
