Your Agreement with Harrison’s Travels, LLC

Revisions, Cancellations, And Refunds

Once reservations have been made, you must submit a cancellation request form. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Once you submit the cancellation request form, we will email you the cancellation invoice. We will not proceed with any cancellation or changes to your reservation until the fee is paid.

Revisions/Changes

Most suppliers we work with impose a reservation change fee. The change fee typically starts at $300 per person. This does not mean this is all you will pay, this means this is what you will have to pay to make the change. For example, if you book a trip for $1,500 and your roommate cancels, a $300 fee will have to be paid in order to remove the roommate from the reservation. If the person who is cancelling refuses to pay the fee then the remaining person will be responsible for the cancellation fee and it will then be added to their invoice.

Cancellations

We have a nonrefundable/nontransferable policy. All payments made to Harrison's Travels are nonrefundable.

If you have a roommate that will remain on the reservation, this will affect their portion of the reservation.

After you submit the cancellation request form, if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 803-282-8223 or 803-897-8011 to ensure your information was received.

Cancellation Fee:

Our cancellation fee is $250 per reservation. This means before any reservations are cancelled the fee must be paid up front.

With air included packages, you cannot change from person to person. There are fees assessed based on when the change is made. For example: If John and Jane Doe submits a reservation, three months down the road Jane decides she cannot travel anymore, we cannot change Jane's name on the reservation to Salley and the price remains the same. We will have to remove Jane from the reservation and then reprice Salley at the current rate. The money paid towards Jane's reservation CANNOT transfer to Salley.
