I authorize Beyond Luxe Vacations to charge the credit/debit card indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for services described on the invoice.

I understand that all initial deposits made to Beyond Luxe Vacations are non-refundable unless explicitly otherwise stated. This charge is for Research Fees for my requested trip with Beyond Luxe Vacations. I fully understand that if this payment is not received within 72 business hours of receipt, Beyond Luxe Vacations will consider this request null and void.

Please read below:

1. Research fees will not be used towards the deposit at all.
2. If the trip is canceled at any time, for any reason, Research Fees are considered non-refundable and will be used to compensate Beyond Luxe Vacations for time spent creating the trip. Any additional payments made directly to the supplier are subject to the supplier's cancellation policy.
3. Research fees will be $50. 
4. All names and emails of travelers MUST be provided at the time of the request. This is required to gather the traveler's information, ages, and other dynamics to properly price the trip.
5. Convenience fees may be calculated by the card processing provider will be added to the total to ensure FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED on our end once your debit/credit card is processed. These fees are NOT received or handled  by Beyond Luxe Vacations and are solely card processing fees collected  by STRIPE or PAYPAL.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit/debit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company or bank, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
