We will assign categories on a first come, first serve basis. Your cruise deposit and service fee will not be charged until your booking is confirmed through us. You will receive a separate invoice and credit card authorization and once you are confirmed and your security deposit/fees are paid, we will contact you to begin your individual planning process for the trip. We will handle coordinating your air, ground, pre and/or post cruise travel requests and travel insurance quotes.

7-night cruise in a riverview stateroom on the chic S.S. São Gabriel. 6 days of excursions, all fully hosted by English-speaking local experts. In order to secure your booking, you must pay a ten percent (10.0% ) deposit and a one-time non-refundable Professional Service and Management Fee of $190.00 plus credit card fees per passenger to coordinate and manage your travel program from registration through return home. You will receive two separate invoices for these charges. Both invoices must be paid to secure your booking. Final payments for the cruise fare balances are due by March 28, 2025. Once you are confirmed on the cruise, we will reach to begin planning and coordinating your travel arrangements for the trip.
