The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Beyond Luxury Travels and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Terms & Conditions
Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation if not paid in full at time of booking. Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date will incur an automatic $25 late fee.
Payments more than 30 days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
Any late payment requests must be submitted in writing to info@beyondluxurytravels.net.
Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment day will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.
Refunds:
All payments to Beyond Luxury Travels are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Beyond Luxury Travels has contractual agreements with our hotel, airlines, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payments & Disputes:
Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize his/her travel insurance in the event that he/she can no longer attend the planned trip.
Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Beyond Luxury Travels’s Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed. Traveler agrees to repay Beyond Luxury Travels for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
