2. Limitation of Liability

J’adore Travel, LLC and its agents, representatives, or employees (collectively, "Travel Agent") shall not be held liable for:

Personal Risks: Injuries, illnesses (including pandemics), medical emergencies, or death during or after travel.
Travel Disruptions: Cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
Unforeseen Events: Natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Financial Losses: Additional costs, such as medical expenses, emergency evacuations, or costs incurred due to delayed or canceled trips.
Errors or Omissions: Mistakes in booking details or information provided by third-party suppliers.

By booking with J’adore Travel, LLC, you release the agency from any liability for losses or damages related to these or similar circumstances.

3. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all necessary travel requirements, including:

Valid passports, visas, and permits.
Adherence to vaccination, medical, or health-related requirements.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding, cancellation, or additional fees, for which J’adore Travel, LLC will not be held responsible.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid in full. Fees for changes, cancellations, or refunds are governed by the policies of third-party providers and may include additional service fees charged by J’adore Travel, LLC.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential risks, including but not limited to:

Trip cancellations or delays.
Medical emergencies, injury, or death.
Emergency evacuation or repatriation of remains.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

J’adore Travel, LLC does not directly provide travel insurance but can assist in connecting you with reputable third-party providers.

6. Force Majeure

J’adore Travel, LLC shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations or for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires).
Epidemics, pandemics, or other health emergencies.
Acts of terrorism or war.
Government-imposed restrictions or regulations.

In such events, refunds, rescheduling, or credits may be offered at the sole discretion of the travel service providers.

7. Medical Emergencies

J’adore Travel, LLC is not responsible for any medical conditions, emergencies, or deaths that occur during your travel. It is your responsibility to consult with healthcare professionals regarding your fitness to travel and to obtain appropriate travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
