GO Luxury Cruise Cash Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of GO Luxury Cruise Cash ("GLCC") purchased from GoLuxury Cruiser ("GLC"). By purchasing GLCC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
I authorize GO Luxury Cruiser to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of GO Luxury Cruiser. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
1. GLCC Purchase and Redemption:
- GLCC can be purchased in denominations of $300, $500, $1000, and $2000 for the prices stated at the time of purchase.
- GLCC has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- GLCC can be applied towards the purchase of eligible cruise packages from GLC. Eligible packages include Value Inclusive Packages and select Enrichment Journeys.

2. Eligibility Requirements:
- GLCC can only be redeemed toward cruises booked through GLC.
- Minimum cruise duration for redemption is seven (7) days.
- Minimum cabin category for redemption is a Veranda cabin.
- GLC reserves the right to decline certain cruises utilizing GLCC based on price point and availability at the time of booking.
3. Redemption Process:
- GLCC must be applied at the time of booking your cruise or cruise package.
- GLCC cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
- Any remaining balance after GLCC application will be due at the time of booking.
- Only one card can be used per booking, they cannot be stacked.
4. Expiration:
- GLCC must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After this date, GLCC will expire and will no longer be valid. Travel can, however, occur after this 12-month period.
- The expiry date may be extended at GLC’s sole discretion however no refund will be issued in the unlikely circumstance of early expiry.
5. Limitations and Exclusions:
- GLCC cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
- GLCC cannot be applied to taxes, airfare, travel insurance, gratuities, or other optional extras that are not part of the cruise or cruise package.
- GLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
7. Changes to Terms:
- GLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Continued use of GLCC after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
