By submitting this travel inquiry form, you understand and accept the following terms and conditions for yourself, and the travelers included in your party. 

1. Services Provided: Come and See Travel shall provide travel planning and booking services to the Client based on the submitted quote form. The Travel Agent shall use their best efforts to provide the Client with travel services that meet the Client’s specifications and requirements. Bookings will be made to suppliers by the Travel Agent on the client’s behalf. 
2. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide the Travel Agent with accurate and complete information necessary to plan the trip. The client is responsible for complying with all applicable travel regulations, ensuring they have the necessary documents to travel (ex. valid passport) and for reading all correspondence and documents sent by the Travel Agent. 
3. Communication: Client agrees that the majority of communication between the Client and Travel Agent will be via email. If needed or if a client prefers a scheduled phone or video call can be set up as well. 
4. Professionalism: The Travel Agent and the Client both agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward the Travel Agent may result in the termination of services. The Travel Agent reserves the right to refuse service to any Client who fails to comply with this provision
5. Travel Cancelations and Refunds: The Client acknowledges that the third-party travel suppliers have their own cancelation, rebooking and refund policies which will govern the Client’s rights in the events of cancelation or changes. The Travel Agent shall not be liable for changes, cancelations or delays caused by the supplier. The Travel Agent will make the Client aware of these policies and will support the Client in emergency situations to the best of their ability.
6. Travel Insurance: The Travel Agent recommends that the Client purchases travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. If the Client declines travel insurance, they agree to assume all responsibility for any fees or penalties that may arise from changing or cancelling the reservation. They accept that Come and See Travel is not liable for any losses or extra costs from changing or cancelling the reservation.
7. Entry Refusal: The Client is responsible for understanding and complying with the entry laws of the destination country, including any restrictions based on criminal records. The Travel Agent does not inquire about the Client's criminal history due to privacy concerns. Entry refusal is not grounds for cancellation, chargebacks, or refund requests.
8. Limitation of Liability: Come and See Travel is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that that arise from the Client’s use of the travel services provided including, but not limited to, injury, illness, property damage, or loss of income. The current travel environment is changing rapidly and is extremely fluid. The Travel Agent is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes in travel plans due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.
