AKKDream-Travel LLC – Terms and Conditions Agreement

Thank you for choosing AKKDream-Travel LLC to plan your travel experience. The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AKKDream-Travel LLC, and the term “you” refers to the individual signing or accepting this agreement.

By booking travel services through AKKDream-Travel LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Our Role as a Travel Agency
AKKDream-Travel LLC acts as an agent between you and various third-party travel service providers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers. We do not own or operate any of these suppliers, and as such, we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such providers.

2. Booking Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the travel supplier.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, and full payment must be made by the final payment deadline specified in your invoice or confirmation email.

Prices are subject to change until paid in full.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all details in your travel documents (names, travel dates, destinations, flight times, etc.).

3. Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and third-party installment services (e.g., Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) as available. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount according to the selected payment schedule.

4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.

AKKDream-Travel LLC is not responsible for any cancellation penalties imposed by suppliers.

Change requests may result in additional fees, and not all changes are guaranteed.

Travel protection is strongly recommended to minimize risk.

5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or delays. You acknowledge that if you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you understand the financial risks and limitations involved.

6. Documentation and Identification
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have valid government-issued identification and travel documents, including passports and visas, as required by the destination country. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.

7. Liability Disclaimer
AKKDream-Travel LLC is not liable for:

Acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or any events beyond our control.

Losses, injuries, or damages to persons or property resulting from travel.

Delays or cancellations by third-party providers.

8. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for clients who engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or partners.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be provided to you at the time of booking or upon request.

10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgement
By confirming your travel arrangements through AKKDream-Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
