Terms and Conditions for Sip and Sight

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.sipandsight.com website (the "Service") operated by Sip and Sight ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Scope of Service

Sip and Sight acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel service providers (collectively, "Suppliers"). We facilitate the booking of travel-related services on your behalf. We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You agree that your ultimate contract is with the Supplier, and you will be subject to their terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment Authorization

By providing your payment information (such as credit or debit card details) and making a booking request through our Service, you authorize Sip and Sight to act as your agent to book reservations or enter into contracts with Suppliers on your behalf.

You understand and agree that the cost of your selected travel services will be charged to the payment method you provide. These charges may appear on your statement as being from Sip and Sight or directly from the Supplier (e.g., the airline, hotel, or tour operator).

3. Direct Card Charge Authorization with Suppliers

You specifically authorize Sip and Sight to:

• Charge your credit or debit card for the total amount of the travel services requested. This amount includes the base price, taxes, fees, and any applicable service fees charged by Sip and Sight.

• Transmit your payment information to the relevant Supplier(s) for the purpose of processing the payment.

• Authorize the Supplier(s) to charge your credit or debit card directly for their portion of the travel services.

You acknowledge that for many bookings, Sip and Sight is required to pass your card details to the Supplier for direct billing. By accepting these terms, you grant us the express authority to do so and agree that a charge from a third-party Supplier, booked on your behalf by us, is a valid and authorized transaction.

You agree to not dispute such charges from Suppliers, provided they are for the travel services you authorized through our Service.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellation and change requests must be made through Sip and Sight. We are bound by the policies of our Suppliers.

• Supplier Policies: Cancellation and refund policies are dictated by the individual Supplier. We will inform you of the Supplier's policies at the time of booking. Many travel services are non-refundable.

• Sip and Sight Fees: Any service fees or planning fees charged by Sip and Sight are non-refundable, regardless of whether the booking is used, canceled, or refunded by the Supplier.

• Processing: We will facilitate your refund request with the Supplier, but we are not responsible for the timing or the final amount of the refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel details are correct at the time of booking. You are also responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications, and for complying with the laws of the destination country. Please review travel advisories and warnings issued by the relevant government authorities before your trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sip and Sight acts only as an agent for the Suppliers. We shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, or any other loss or irregularity caused by the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any Supplier, its employees, or agents. We are not responsible for any breach of contract or any actions or omissions on the part of the Suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
