💍 DESTINATION WEDDING CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT 💍

Hall Around The World

Operated by Desirée Palangdao, an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Inteletravel

✨ 1. SERVICES

By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) are engaging Desiree Palangdao, operating as Hall Around The World (“Advisor”), an independent travel advisor affiliated with Inteletravel, to provide destination wedding travel planning and travel coordination services.

Services may include:

Resort and wedding package booking
Room block coordination
Guest booking management and communication
Travel coordination (including guidance on flights and transfers)
General guidance based on personal experience at the resort
Ongoing concierge-level support related to travel and guest logistics

Travel Advisor specializes in destination weddings in Cancun, Mexico. Advisor does not act as a wedding planner, wedding coordinator, or event designer. All wedding planning, design, and execution are handled directly by the resort or designated wedding vendor/coordinator.

💐 2. WEDDING PLANNING DISCLAIMER

Advisor provides guidance related to travel logistics and overall destination wedding experience only.

Advisor:

Does not coordinate wedding day events
Does not manage wedding vendors, décor, or event design
Does not oversee ceremony or reception execution

All wedding planning and coordination services are the responsibility of the resort’s wedding team or third-party vendors.

💳 3. CONCIERGE PLANNING INVESTMENT

Client agrees to a non-refundable planning investment of $250 USD.

This investment is for professional travel coordination services provided by Advisor and is separate from any travel or supplier costs.

💰 4. PAYMENT TERMS & PAYMENT PLAN OPTION

Client is aware that full amount ($250) is due upon signing.

All planning fee payments are non-refundable.

Failure to complete payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

📌 5. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All planning fee investments and payments paid to Advisor are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Cancellation of wedding or travel
Change of plans
Client decision to discontinue services

✈️ 6. TRAVEL BOOKINGS & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

Advisor acts solely as an intermediary between Client and third-party suppliers, including but not limited to resorts and transportation providers.

Advisor:

Does not own, operate, or control any suppliers
Does not set or control pricing, availability, or policies
Does not guarantee supplier performance

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of each respective supplier.

💳 7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Client understands that:

Planning service payments are made to Desiree Palangdao (Hall Around The World)
Travel-related payments may be processed on behalf of third-party suppliers

🗓️ 8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

Provide accurate traveler information
Communicate deadlines to guests
Ensure timely payments
Review all confirmations carefully

Advisor is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.

📞 9. COMMUNICATION

Advisor provides ongoing support via:

Email
Group messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp or Telegram)

Typical response time is 24-48 business hours.

🛡️ 10. TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against:

Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Travel delays

Client acknowledges that travel insurance has been recommended.

Advisor is not responsible for losses due to lack of coverage.

❌ 11. CANCELLATION POLICY (TRAVEL)

All travel bookings are subject to supplier policies.

Client understands:

Cancellation penalties may apply
Refunds are determined by suppliers
Some bookings may be non-refundable

Advisor does not control supplier outcomes.

⚖️ 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Desiree Palangdao / Hall Around The World shall not be held liable for:

Travel-related issues, delays, or damages
Supplier actions or failures
Events beyond reasonable control

Client assumes all travel-related risks.

✨ 13. AGREEMENT

By signing, Client acknowledges:

They have read and agree to all terms
They understand the scope of services
They are engaging Advisor for professional travel coordination services
