I authorize Passport Takeover to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the Virgin Voyages voyage protection. It acknowledges accepting all terms and conditions supplied by the Passport Takeover and any travel supplier used for my vacation arrangements. I understand that my payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Validity of this Agreement

I understand that typing my name below and submitting this form constitutes the execution of this agreement in precisely the same manner as if I had signed, by hand, a paper version of this document.
