I authorize Anthology Travel Group, LLC and/or the supplier of travel services to make the charge(s) identified here to the credit card identified here and, if necessary, initiate adjustments for any transactions credited in error.

This authority will remain in effect until Anthology Travel Group, LLC is notified by me in writing to cancel it in such time as to offer Anthology Travel Group, LLC and the credit card company a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
