Duffy Destinations Client Agreement
When you retain Duffy Destinations to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).
There will be an initial consultation to determine if you would like to retain the services of the Duffy Destinations. Duffy Destinations does not bargain shop, compete with online deals or advertised specials, or book through vendors, suppliers, tour operators or service providers that we do not feel add value to your experience. What is planned for you reflects quality travel experiences from years of relationships! Our suppliers are amazing and know that we expect seamless travel, unforgettable experiences and VIP additions in every applicable situation.
Once you agree to obtain our services, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization form in the amount of $300. This form is PCI compliant. You acknowledge these fees are nonrefundable. However, the fees are risk free! They will be applied to the final payment of your booking. You only lose this fee if you decide not to move forward with the booking after time has spent researching and developing your travel plans. Any change to the initial travel concept/plan after the booking process may also result in additional fees since new plans, research and time will be needed. All quotes, prices, special promotions, and availability are subject to supplier terms, conditions and restrictions.
By signing below and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are hiring us to plan your trip and that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions of booking, which are located at: Duffy Destinations Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, you are approving the ability for us to store your credit card and use the card for future costs you request by email that are associated with booking the trip, including but not limited to trip deposits, final payments, tours, excursions, and add-ons requested.
