Travel Quotes & Research Fees

General Vacation Inquiry

• Clients will receive up to three vacation options for one destination.
• Additional destination inquiries will incur a $40 per destination fee.
• Vacation inquiry fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the cost of the trip.

Group Travel Quotes

• The quote will include three hotel options for one destination.
• Additional destination inquiries will be assessed as follows:
  • $45 per destination for small groups (6-19 travelers)
  • $65 per destination for large groups (20+ travelers)
• Vacation inquiry fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the cost of the trip.
• Group quotes may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on vendor response times.

Reservation & Airfare Policies

• All reservations can be made with or without airfare.
• Airfare-included quotes are based on one city of origin. If guests within a reservation are departing from different cities, each will be subject to their respective air rates.
• If a guest adds airfare after the reservation has been made (after a deposit is applied or full payment is submitted), a $25 service fee will be assessed in addition to any airline change fees.
• Reservations made without travel protection are 100% non-refundable and may be subject to cancellation or change fees as dictated by the travel vendor.

Adding Airfare to an Existing Reservation

• If airfare is added after the hotel reservation is confirmed, the new airfare portion will not be covered under the original travel protection plan.
• The airfare will be treated as a separate reservation and will be non-refundable unless additional travel protection is purchased.

Deposits & Rate Changes

• Deposits are required to secure a reservation at the quoted rate.
• Failure to submit a deposit in a timely manner may result in:
  • Rate increases, decreases, or changes in available inventory.
  • Loss of availability for specific room categories or promotions.
• Rates in quotes are subject to change at any time based on market conditions and travel vendor policies.
• Curated Jaunts by Jonne has no control over pricing or inventory availability.

Occupancy & Room Changes

For double, triple, or quad occupancy rooms:

• If a guest in a shared room cancels, they may receive a refund (if they purchased travel protection, subject to the policy’s terms).
• The remaining guest(s) must cover the canceled guest’s portion of the room cost.
• If the remaining guest(s) choose to keep their reservation, it will be treated as a new booking and re-priced at the current market rate, which may be higher or lower than the original price.

Travel Protection & Cancellation Policies

• It is the guest’s responsibility to read and agree to the terms of the travel protection policy provided at the time of booking.
• All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms of the travel protection plan.

This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Curated Jaunts by Jonne LLC are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
