Responsibilities:

As a Destination Consultant, my role encompasses the following responsibilities:

1) Assisting in the selection of a destination, offering up to five locations that align with or surpass the couple's expectations for both their wedding and honeymoon package inclusions.

2) Negotiating supplier group contracts or group codes for all guest reservations, ensuring that the number of required room nights meets or exceeds the minimum requirements as stipulated by the resort policies. Group contracts typically require a ~$200 deposit per room (amount can vary).

3) Securing the wedding date, determining the general location within the resort, and providing information on the legal requirements for a destination marriage. However, it is the couple's responsibility to complete and submit all necessary paperwork and provide applicable payments promptly.

4) Arranging all travel plans for the couple and their guests attending the destination wedding, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, airport/hotel transfers, travel insurance, preplanned destination tours, passport validation, and expedited airport customs services (where applicable).

4b) Coordinating honeymoon plans for the couple, assisting with destination, resort, and suite selection, establishing a realistic budget, organizing amenities, tours, transfers, transportation, expedited customs and airport services (where applicable), passport and visa requirements, any necessary travel immunizations (where applicable), currency exchange, and preparation for entering a foreign country.

Royally Blended Travel functions as a travel and event planning agency and is not the designated wedding coordinator unless specifically hired for that purpose (travel cost + $200 per day). Our responsibilities are limited to facilitating travel, securing accommodations, and arranging an event venue for the couple and their wedding guests. We will initiate communication between the couple and the wedding coordinator to assist with ceremony details such as colors and cake flavors. However, we can also collaborate with the resort wedding coordinator to contribute creative elements to the ceremony design.

Fees & Payment Schedule:

To cover the professional services required for planning and arranging your destination wedding or honeymoon vacation, a non-refundable research and planning fee of $500 is required at the time of agreement. Should plans be canceled or the itinerary not fulfilled for any reason, this fee will be retained by Royally Blended Travel. Please note that travel planning involves significant time investment, drawing upon years of personal experience and professional expertise. We have selected preferred companies based on their ability to meet your specific event needs, ensuring that your final itinerary exceeds expectations.

Changes/Cancellations:

This service agreement pertains solely to destination wedding and honeymoon planning provided by Royally Blended Travel and does not extend to resort, airline, or other vendor services. Any penalties incurred by the bridal couple from resorts, airlines, or vendors due to cancellation are the sole responsibility of the couple as outlined in subsequent contracts.
