This Agreement outlines how Simplistic Journeys (“we,” “our,” or “the Agency”) provides travel-planning and booking services to you (“the Client”). By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms that follow.
Our Role
Simplistic Journeys acts solely as a travel consultant and booking intermediary between you and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and destination partners). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance. Each booking is subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate traveler information, review all documents for accuracy, and communicate discrepancies immediately. You are responsible for meeting payment deadlines, maintaining valid travel documents, and complying with supplier and Simplistic Journeys policies.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required for certain destinations. We partner with Travel Guard and Allianz Global Assistance. By declining insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss due to trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergency, or delayed travel.

Supplier Disclaimer
Simplistic Journeys shall not be liable for acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers or third parties, including cancellations, schedule changes, delays, accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or force-majeure events. Your sole recourse is directly with the supplier responsible for the service.
Health & Safety
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking through Simplistic Journeys, you acknowledge those risks and agree to hold the Agency harmless for any illness, injury, or loss occurring during travel, except where prohibited by law.
Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Bookings
1. Booking and Payments
All funds paid to Simplistic Journeys are non-refundable and non-transferable at all times, regardless of reason or circumstance. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure participation. Deposit amounts vary by package and are outlined in the official invoice or booking platform. Final payment is due no later than 120 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Monthly payment plans must be completed on schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid. Simplistic Journeys reserves the right to cancel any booking for non-payment, incomplete documentation, or violation of these Terms; in such cases, all funds will be forfeited.
Processing fees represent merchant transaction costs and are not surcharges; all amounts include applicable taxes where required.
2. Booking Information and Identification
Reservations must be made directly through authorized Simplistic Journeys platforms or representatives. Traveler names must match government identification or passport. Any corrections or changes may incur vendor-imposed fees payable by the traveler.
3. Travel Documents
Travel documents will be issued only after receipt of final payment and required forms. Electronic documents are generally sent 30 days prior to departure. Printed documents incur a $60 fee. Documents will not be released until the Passenger Agreement is fully executed.
4. Package Inclusions
Inclusions vary by trip and are detailed in the official sales page or invoice. Airfare is included only if expressly stated. Occupancy and amenities are as described in the selected package.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All funds paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@simplisticjourneys.com. Refunds, credits, or exceptions will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, work obligations, government advisories, or personal changes. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase insurance with “Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)” coverage.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other disruptions. Simplistic Journeys is not responsible for such losses. Insurance must be purchased independently by the traveler.
7. Passport and Travel Requirements
A valid passport is required for all international travel and must remain valid at least six (6) months beyond return date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all entry, visa, vaccination, testing, and health requirements.
8. Minors and Age Requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Simplistic Journeys trips are adults-only (18+). Where minors are permitted, they must travel with a parent or legal guardian and provide any required notarized consents.
9. Roommate Policy
Travelers booking double occupancy without a roommate may be paired at Simplistic Journeys’ discretion. If none is available, the single-occupancy rate applies.
10. Changes and Modifications
Simplistic Journeys may modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or inclusions as necessary due to supplier or environmental factors. Comparable or greater value will be provided where possible. Such changes do not entitle travelers to refunds unless approved in writing.
11. Conduct and Removal
Travelers must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all laws and group policies. Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in removal at the traveler’s expense without refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
Simplistic Journeys, LLC, its owners, affiliates, and representatives act solely as agent for the traveler with respect to services arranged through third-party providers. Simplistic Journeys assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties. Liability of Simplistic Journeys shall not exceed amounts paid directly to Simplistic Journeys by the traveler.
13. Force Majeure / Pandemics
Simplistic Journeys is not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, civil unrest, airline schedule changes, or strikes. In such cases, suppliers may issue credits in lieu of refunds per their policies. Simplistic Journeys is not obligated to provide cash refunds where suppliers offer credits.
14. Health and Accessibility
Travelers must disclose any medical, mobility, or dietary conditions affecting participation. Simplistic Journeys may require physician clearance or deny unsafe participation. All related medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
15. Photography and Media Release
By joining a trip, travelers grant Simplistic Journeys, LLC perpetual rights to use their likeness, image, and voice in any media for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation. To opt out, written notice must reach info@simplisticjourneys.com at least seven (7) days prior to departure; absent such notice, consent is assumed.
16. Passenger Agreement
All travelers must sign a Passenger Agreement before travel. This includes liability waivers, risk acknowledgments, and consent to binding arbitration. Travel documents will not be released until received.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall occur in Pasco County, Florida, and be governed by Florida law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own attorney’s fees and costs unless otherwise required by law. BY BOOKING WITH SIMPLISTIC JOURNEYS, TRAVELERS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
18. Assumption of Risk
Travelers acknowledge that travel entails inherent risks (illness, accidents, natural events, political instability, or third-party negligence) and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
19. Attorney’s Fees
In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
20. Severability and Interpretation
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement shall be interpreted according to its plain meaning and not strictly for or against either party. Section headings are for convenience only.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Passenger Agreement and booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the traveler and Simplistic Journeys; no oral representations shall be binding.
22. Electronic Signatures
By submitting this Agreement electronically, travelers consent to electronic signatures in lieu of original signatures; such consent applies to all transactions related to this booking.
23. Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Travelers waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Simplistic Journeys, LLC.
24. Data Privacy and Communications
By booking with Simplistic Journeys, travelers consent to receive transactional and promotional communications related to their trip. Simplistic Journeys does not sell or share personal data except as required to deliver contracted services. Travelers may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
25. Final Acknowledgment
By proceeding with a booking, travelers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Travel Services Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
Regulatory Disclosure
Simplistic Journeys, LLC is an independent agency in the Avoya Travel Network.

Simplistic Journeys, LLC functions as an independent travel retailer and intermediary between the traveler and independent suppliers. Responsibility for supplier performance rests solely with those vendors. Unless otherwise noted, all client communications, contracts, and payments are managed directly by Simplistic Journeys, LLC.
