Batiste Wheelin Adventures

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Batiste Wheelin Adventures (“Agency”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) to outline the terms and conditions related to the trip planning services provided.


Trip Planning Fee

Batiste Wheelin Adventures may charge a trip planning fee depending on the scope and complexity of the request. Clients will always be notified in advance before any fee is required.


Covered Services

The trip planning fee includes, but is not limited to:

  • Recommendations of up to 3 cruise sailings and/or 3 resort/hotel options

  • Research on cruise itineraries, sailing dates, cabin categories, and promotions

  • Arrangement of round-trip airfare (upon request)

  • Facilitation of in-destination transfers and ground transportation

  • Provision of destination entry/exit protocols and travel advisories

  • Assistance with cruise embarkation & disembarkation requirements

  • Planning of excursions, tours, or onboard activities

  • Accessibility coordination for cruises, resorts, and excursions (when applicable)

  • Ongoing support during the travel planning process


Booking Policy

  • Rates & Availability: Quotes are subject to change until the deposit is received.

  • Payments: All payments must be made by the supplier’s deadlines to avoid cancellation.

  • Group Bookings: Additional coordination fees may apply for groups of 10 or more travelers.

  • Resort/Hotel Fees: Clients are responsible for any resort fees, incidental charges, or additional costs collected at check-in/check-out.

  • Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for all travelers. If declined, a signed waiver is required.

  • Cancellations/Modifications: Vendor policies apply. Planning fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Unforeseeable Events: Agency is not responsible for changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.


Referral Program

Batiste Wheelin Adventures values client referrals and word-of-mouth support.

Clients who refer a new traveler will receive a $25 referral reward after:

  • The referred client has paid their trip in full
  • The referred client has completed travel
 

Referral payments are processed within 90 days of trip completion.

Referrals must be submitted at the time of booking or confirmed by email to qualify. 

Batiste Wheelin Adventures reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Client Acknowledgment

By signing or agreeing electronically, the Client confirms that they understand and accept these terms. The Client acknowledges that failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking inquiry and forfeiture of the trip planning fee.
