Our Services include: A selection of resort/hotel options & booking coordination; Low deposit options with many suppliers, some exclusive to travel advisors (WestJet Vacations); Pre-arrival resort requests and & reservations, as available; Research and validation of online reviews; Analyze and provide access to all of the details on cancellations, insurance, and travel requirements; Dining, tour, excursion suggestions & booking coordination Transportation arrangements & assistance; Flight coordination, schedule maintenance & real-time monitoring; Parking arrangements at exclusive rates for guests flying from Edmonton International Airport; Pre-departure document preparation & final checks to ensure a smooth trip; A customized detailed itinerary digitally thru our mobile travel app as well as print hard copies, as requested; 24/7 in-destination support call/text/email direct to us.

At Infinity Vacations, we are happy to work with guests who with to use their travel rewards towards the cost of their vacation, where applicable. For this service we do charge a Travel Credit Booking Fee. This includes all of our standard services plus reviewing, applying, and confirming the use of your travel credits/rewards and that the proper insurances are in place to cover you should there be any future changes. The cost for this service, in addition to any Trip Booking & Management Service starts at $100 CAD.
