Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC

(Agreement & Research Fee Policy)

We are Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and are excited to help curate your travel experience.

These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and services provided to you (“you,” “client,” or “traveler”) when you engage our agency for trip planning.

By submitting your research fee, payment, or travel request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

1. Research Fee Agreement

The Research Fee is required before any customized travel planning begins. It covers:

  • Researching flight, hotel, and transportation options

  • Creating multiple package options and comparisons

  • Building payment plans (if applicable)

  • Curating group itineraries, activity suggestions, and preferred vendors

  • Communication & concierge planning time

  • Proposal creation and revisions

 

The research fee is non-refundable and is compensation for the time and expertise used to curate your personalized travel options.

Payment of the research fee does not apply toward the final cost of your trip.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information including:

  • Full legal names as shown on passports or government ID

  • Email addresses for all travelers

  • Departure airport(s) for each traveler

  • Passport validity (must not expire within 6 months of travel)

  • Known traveler programs (TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, etc.)

  • Loyalty program numbers (Delta SkyMiles, Marriott Bonvoy, etc.)

  • Dietary restrictions or mobility needs

  • Payment in a timely manner to secure reservations

 

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional fees, changes in pricing, or loss of availability.

3. Payments & Pricing

 

  • All trip prices are subject to change until deposits are made.

  • Pricing is controlled by the airline, hotel, resort, cruise line, or travel supplier — not Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC.

  • Missed or late payments on payment plans may result in cancellation or additional supplier fees.

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless the supplier states otherwise.

 

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

 

  • Cancellation policies are determined solely by the supplier, not Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC.

  • We are not responsible for supplier delays, schedule changes, flight cancellations, weather events, or acts of God.

  • Any refund requests must be submitted directly to the travel supplier.

  • Change fees may apply for modifications after booking (name changes, room changes, date changes, etc.).

 

5. Passport, Entry & Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Having a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates

  • Obtaining visas, vaccinations, testing, or any required travel documents

  • Meeting all entry requirements for international destinations

  •  

Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Insurance can cover:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Trip interruptions

  • Medical emergencies abroad

  • Lost luggage

  • Delayed flights

Declining travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.

7. Liability Disclaimer

 

Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC acts solely as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, resorts, tour companies, and other suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of suppliers

  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

  • Loss, injury, accident, illness, or damage to person or property

  • Weather conditions, pandemic-related restrictions, or government actions

By booking, you release Tam’s Taste And Travels LLC from liability associated with your travel arrangements.

 

8. Group Travel Policy

For group trips, the group organizer agrees to:

 

  • Submit all required traveler information

  • Ensure group members are aware of payment deadlines

  • Understand that room types, pricing, and availability may vary per traveler

 

Failure of group members to pay on time does not delay the trip planning process.

9. Communication

All official travel communication will be sent via:

  • Email

  • TravelJoy portal

  • Scheduled phone or clarity call

 

Please allow 24–48 hours for responses during business hours.

10. Acceptance of These Terms

By paying your research fee, submitting traveler information, or moving forward with a trip proposal, you acknowledge and accept the above Terms & Conditions.
