- A non-refundable & non-transferable Travel Research Planning Fee is required in order to receive a quote and retain the travel services of Alpha to Omega Travels. This research fee is separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to a Travel Concierge beginning any research, booking or consulting services.
- Price quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is submitted by the client by the deadline deemed by the vendor.
- With each Travel Research Planning Fee, the client will receive three (3) proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates.
- Additional quotes and revisions are $75 each and is non-refundable. Quote requests for an additional destination will be treated as a new quote.
- The client agrees to submit a credit card authorization form by 6:00pm EST; one day BEFORE the deadline set by the vendor or within the same day if the vendor must be paid immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to cut down on providing multiple quotes we will only provide a quote approximately 5 business days prior to the date everyone on the same reservation is able to submit their deposit.
Most all-inclusive resorts will require an approximate deposit of $100 per person without airfare and $200-$250 deposit per person with air. Cruise deposits varies due to different sales, destinations and length of the cruise. Please allot a deposit amount up to $300 per person.
