By submitting this travel request and working with Centsible Travel & Vacations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Planning Fee

A non-refundable travel planning fee of $130 (up to four travelers) is required in advance to begin curating your itinerary. This fee allows us to dedicate our time, expertise, and travel partnerships to design your personalized travel experience.

The planning fee includes one destination quote. Additional destination research will incur a $25 fee per additional destination. Group planning fees may vary based on group size and trip complexity.

Planning services begin once the planning fee has been received.

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits required by travel suppliers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

If a client cancels a booking after arrangements have been made, a $50 cancellation processing fee may apply in addition to any supplier penalties or cancellation fees.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Insurance may cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers who decline travel insurance assume full financial responsibility for any travel disruptions or losses.

Supplier Responsibility

Centsible Travel & Vacations acts as an independent travel advisor arranging services with third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We do not control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or service delivery.

Force Majeure / Travel Risks

Centsible Travel & Vacations is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, or airline operational issues.

Travelers assume responsibility for monitoring travel conditions and making informed travel decisions.

Centsible Travel & Vacations acts solely as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers. We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or service disruptions.

Travel suppliers may modify schedules, accommodations, routes, pricing, or services without prior notice. Centsible Travel & Vacations will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving issues that may arise; however, all refunds, credits, and compensation are subject to the policies and decisions of the travel supplier.

Travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to weather disruptions, airline operational issues, natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, acts of war, government restrictions, border closures, or other unforeseen events. By choosing to travel, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that Centsible Travel & Vacations shall not be held liable for any resulting losses, injuries, damages, or expenses.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions and financial loss.
