By signing below, I authorize Travel With Me Amoira to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that refunds and cancellations incur additional fees before initiating the process. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I also understand canceling any trips without travel protection, will incur a total loss of all payments made.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Travel With Me Amoira is a group-focused travel business that partners with multiple travel vendors for special rates, deals, and discounts for clients that book with our agency.

We are not responsible for last-minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line and resorts, or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses. Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, cancellations, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc. Travel protection is offered as an additional option to each guest at the time of booking. (If not already included)

It is the responsibility of each paying guest to add travel insurance at the time of purchase. The cost of travel insurance will be charged in addition to your reservation cost and is nonrefundable.

We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance.

All Payments are potentially non-refundable without the purchase of travel protection.

Cancellations / Refund
All canceled reservations need to be submitted in writing and will incur a cancelation fee of 20%. This fee is additional to any charges imposed by the vendor. If you cancel without purchasing travel protection, you will lose all payments made toward your reservation. If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund minus the travel protection cost & our agency cancelation fee; please expect a wait of 7-14 business days for processing.

Change Fee
All bookings must match the names that appear on your Passport. Any changes to a reservation to include a passenger name change will result in an upfront change fee of $50 per reservation collected before making any changes.

This fee is additional to any charges imposed by the vendor. Each passenger is responsible for verifying their personal information at the time of registration.

Late Payments
Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor. If an extension is granted, a $150 per reservation extension fee will be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic non-refundable cancellation.

Required Documents
All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. The traveler should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. Travel With Me Amoira is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.

Photographic Release
Travel With Me Amoira may take photos or videos posted online to use for promotional or commercial use. Your registration grants Travel With Me Amoira permission to do so without payment of any compensation.

Pricing
Our agency provides pricing for quality vacations. When you book your vacation with our agency, you agree to pay the price quoted at the time of booking. We do not reduce our rates to compete with other agencies.
