I authorize Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC to charge the Credit Card or bank account indicated on this document for the noted amount today. This payment is for Research Fees for the services described on the invoice that I have reviewed and approved.

I understand that all initial deposit payments made to Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC are non-refundable unless explicitly otherwise stated. This charge is for research fees for my requested trip with Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC. If payment is not received within 48 business hours of receipt, Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC will consider that request null and void and will collect the research fee regardless.

Please read below:

1. Research fees are nonrefundable and not used for final payment towards the deposit at all. 
2. If the trip is canceled for any reason, the Research Fee will compensate Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC for the time spent creating the trip. Any additional charges made directly to the Supplier and are refundable will be processed as a Trip Credit or Refundable depending upon the Travel Insurance selected at the time of Booking. If no travel insurance is selected, all funds are nonrefundable and will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. 
3. Planning-to-go fees are $125 for individual Booking Requests (per person, adults only) of five people or less and $200 pp for 6-15 people. For groups over 15+ or F.I.T.s fees will be $500 pp. depending on the dynamics to price the trip correctly.
4. Research fees are $250 due after acceptance of Intinerary 
5. Any repeat clients of (2) or more trips booked and traveled will have their Planning to Go fees waived. 

Spectacular Travel Memories, LLC has had to implement this as we have experienced too many requests, and free quotes have gone out without potential client's booking and the Agency's loss of time and funds. 

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that to begin the process, full payment must be received timely.
