These Terms & Conditions outline the professional relationship between Travel by Keitha and its clients. By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging planning services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Professional Travel Planning Services
Travel by Keitha provides professional travel planning and advisory services, including research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and supplier liaison. Travel by Keitha acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.
2. Consultation & Planning Fees
A consultation may be required prior to providing custom travel quotes. Consultation and planning fees compensate for professional time, expertise, and research and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Minimum Trip Investment
Custom travel planning services are designed for trips with a minimum total investment of $7,500. Travel by Keitha reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet this minimum.
4. Payments & Deposits
All payments, deposits, and final balances are subject to supplier terms and deadlines. Travel by Keitha does not process payments directly unless authorized by the supplier. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective travel suppliers. Travel by Keitha will assist with communication and advocacy but cannot guarantee refunds or changes outside supplier policies.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required travel documentation. Travel by Keitha is not responsible for denied entry due to documentation issues.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Travel by Keitha may offer insurance options but is not responsible for coverage decisions made by the client.
8. Force Majeure
Travel by Keitha is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of government, labor disputes, or supplier insolvency.
9. Client Communication
Communication will primarily occur via email. Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated.
10. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a travel inquiry, booking a consultation, or confirming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
