At Getaway Guild, we pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, professional, and personalized service to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your partnership in this process is important. Please read and acknowledge the following Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). The terms “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the individual signing this Agreement.

1. Booking & Representation
I agree to retain Getaway Guild to arrange travel on my behalf. I understand that Getaway Guild is not the source or supplier of the travel services I’m purchasing, and instead acts as an agent for the suppliers of services such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, cruise lines, tour operators, and more. I understand that I am requesting and consenting to the use of these suppliers, and I agree not to hold Getaway Guild responsible if any of the following occurs:

Failure by a supplier to deliver the travel services purchased
A supplier’s failure to comply with applicable laws
Any negligent act or omission by a supplier causing injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience

2. Travel Insurance (Optional)
Travel insurance is recommended for all participants. At your request, a personalized quote can be sent after your deposit is received. Insurance must be purchased within 10 days of deposit and should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed baggage.

4. Payments & Supplier Terms
I understand that Getaway Guild will provide a summary of charges, and that its responsibility is limited to remitting payments to the relevant travel suppliers. I agree to abide by all supplier terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and usage restrictions.

I accept that any violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of services, denial of boarding or entry, forfeiture of funds, and/or additional fees. I am responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees incurred through bookings made with Getaway Guild.

5. Travel Risks & Responsibilities
I acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, or natural disasters. I understand that it is my responsibility to evaluate those risks and make informed decisions. I agree not to hold Getaway Guild liable for any losses or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

6. Documentation & Entry Requirements
I am solely responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information. This includes passport names, dates, and travel details. I will review all travel documents upon receipt and notify Getaway Guild immediately of any discrepancies.

A valid passport is required for international travel and must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
Some countries require visas and specific blank pages for entry. I am responsible for confirming these requirements and securing all necessary documents.
For domestic travel, a government-issued ID is required. As of May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must present a REAL ID-compliant license or identification.

7. Legal Restrictions & Disclosures
I understand that some countries have legal entry restrictions based on past criminal offenses. It is my responsibility to research and comply with destination-specific entry laws.

8. Media Release
Photos and videos may be taken during retreats for promotional use. By participating, I consent to the use of my image unless I submit a written request otherwise prior to departure.

9. Acknowledgment of Agreement
I acknowledge that I’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms, and that this agreement applies to me and all travel companions whose arrangements I book through Getaway Guild.
