Please note that our travel planning services are subject to a planning fee of $25.00, which is intended to cover the time and expertise required to curate personalized travel experiences for our clients. The travel planning fee for large groups starts at $40.00 & up (depending on group size and complexity).These fees are separate from the actual travel expenses and are determined based on the complexity and scope of the itinerary. The planning fee is required and non-refundable. Rest assured, our goal is to provide you with a well-crafted and unforgettable travel experience tailored to your preferences.

Planning Fee Includes:

• Consultation and personalized itinerary creation.
• Research and booking of flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Access to exclusive deals with travel providers.
• Support during the trip.
• Travel insurance guidance and keeping you updated on any destination-specific safety concerns.
• Assistance with travel documents.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your quote. Turn around Time can be longer depending on the booking.

Booking Policy:

• Please ensure that you provide the most accurate information possible for all travelers.
• After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE. This includes but is not limited to changing dates, change of travelers, change of location, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting this form.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is made. 
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
• If you require booking for a large group, All payments made to Explore More Travel Services LLC are non-refundable and non transferable. This is due to our contractual agreement with vendor and hotels, which do not permit refunds.
• Resort fees may be due upon arrival at some hotels, resorts and destination venues. These fees are separate from paid vacation fees If applicable.
• Deposit amounts and final payment dates are provided in your quote. If your travel dates are within 35-45 days, the full payment amount will be due at the time of booking. Travel dates outside of this time frame are eligible for a payment plan.
• If you decide to do a payment plan there is a requirement of $100/monthly minimum to keep your reservation current.
• Late Payments: If there is any outstanding balance by the FINAL Payment Due Date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added one day after the final payment date. The late fee is $50.00
• Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is more than 5 days past the due date. Unless travel insurance is purchased, in which case a refund will be granted per the vendor's policy.
• After booking, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip, a change fee of $50.00 will be charged by Explore More Travel Services LLC. Changes include, dates, number of travelers, flights, destination, etc. (Please be aware that the resort/hotel or airline may also charge a change fee).
• Cancellation: LIFE HAPPENS UNEXPECTEDLY, I completely understand. All Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to exploremoretravel04@gmail.com with VACATION CANCELLATION in the subject line. Please see cancellation policy below.

• All Planning Fees, deposit fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you choose to book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, or choose to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained. 

Unforeseeable Events:

In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, Explore More Travel Services LLC will make every effort to accommodate alternative arrangements where possible, but can not be held liable for any resulting  inconveniences, expenses, injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be caused by any third-party providers or by force majeure events.

Privacy Policy:

At Explore More Travel Service LLC, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This form and the processing of your payment is PCI compliant.

Limitation of Liability for Personal Injury

• Acknowledgement of Risk: Client acknowledges that travel and the activities associated with travel (such as adventure sports, outdoor activities, transportation, and cultural experiences) inherently involve a level of risk to personal health and safety.
• Assumption of Risk: By engaging in travel arranged by Explore More Travel Services LLC, the client voluntarily assumes all risks related to such travel and activities.
• Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Explore More Travel Services LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm suffered by the customer, whether directly or indirectly related to any travel or activities arranged by Explore More Travel Services LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the negligence of Explore More Travel Services LLC or its employees, contractors, agents, or representatives.
• Advice to Seek Insurance: Explore More Travel Services LLC strongly advises the client to obtain appropriate travel insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses. It is the client's responsibility to understand the terms and limitations of their insurance policy. If you decide to not accept travel insurance, an insurance wavier is required.
• Compliance with Local Laws and Safety Instructions: The client is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, and for adhering to all safety instructions provided by Explore More Travel Services LLC, its partners, or local authorities.
• No Guarantees of Safety: Explore More Travel Services LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding the safety or conditions of the location visited, transportation used, or activities undertaken during the travel.

Travel Documents:

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas and identification.
• Explore More Travel Services LLC will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Health and Safety:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health to travel and participate in all planned events.
• All health conditions must be communicated to Explore More Travel Service LLC at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is crucial for safeguarding your financial investment in a trip, protecting your health and well-being, and providing assistance and coverage in unexpected situations. It's a safety net that can make your travel experience more secure and enjoyable.

Should you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a travel waiver and assume sole financial liability for all direct and indirect consequences and costs resulting from events occurring before or during the trip.

Insurance costs is non-refundable

If you decline travel insurance you must sign a wavier.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Explore More Travel Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal emergencies missed flights, or changes in travel plans. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. By booking, you agree to these terms.

No Chargebacks: By booking, you agree that all payments are final and chargebacks or disputes on credit or debit cards will not be accepted.

 ***PLEASE NOTE***- That prices are subject to change until deposit is made or full payment is applied.  All Inquiries includes up 2 to 3 quotes within 5-7 business days from the date of consultation. (Depending on the type of request the turn around time can be longer). Quotes will be based upon information gathered via the inquiry form. Once my research is done and your package is presented, we can add or change whatever is needed in order to perfect your vacation package. **Please keep in mind that if packages require flights, flights change multiple times a day on a daily basis and this can affect your price. **After quotes are provided and you have chosen to book with me a $20 planning fee per form is added to the package and is Non-Refundable**.
