CANCELLATION TERMS

I have chosen to cancel my booking (“Booking”) and agree to the following Cancellation Terms.

Non-Refundable Penalties
I understand that portions of any amounts paid for my Booking may be NON-REFUNDABLE and I will not receive any refund of such amounts, as described in the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), to which I agreed with DreamKey Vacations, LLC (“Agency”) at the time of Booking.

Cancellation Fee
I agree to pay Agency a cancellation fee (“Cancellation Fee”) regarding the cancelled Booking, which is separate from and in addition to any: (1) non-refundable amounts I have paid; and (2) cancellation penalties that may be imposed by Suppliers, as described in the Terms.

Authorization
I authorize Agency to charge the Cancellation Fee to my credit card previously provided under the Terms.

Notification I will provide written notification of the cancelled Booking to all other travelers on the Booking.

Release of Liability
I release Agency from all further obligation and liability, and I waive all rights to pursue any claim, regarding the cancelled Booking.

Entire Agreement
These Cancellation Terms represent the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements between Agency and me regarding the cancelled Booking, written or oral, express or implied.
