Credit Card Authorization Form Terms and Conditions

1. Authorization
This Credit Card Authorization Form is a means for OceanVibes Vacations ("the Agency") to securely collect and store your payment information for the purpose of confirming travel arrangements. Your card will not be charged immediately. Charges will only occur when your travel booking is finalized, and the payment details are submitted to the relevant travel supplier (e.g., cruise line, tour operator). By signing this Credit Card Authorization Form, you, the cardholder, authorize OceanVibes Vacations ("the Agency") to authorize your credit card for the agreed-upon purchases, as detailed in the invoice or booking summary provided by the Agency.

2. Payment Amounts
The total charge will not exceed the amount authorized in this form. Any additional charges must be authorized in writing or via electronic communication from the cardholder.

3. Charges and Processing

Charges will appear on your credit card statement under the merchant name OceanVibes Vacations or the respective travel supplier (e.g., cruise line, tour operator).
All payments processed are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier, including cancellation policies and refund eligibility.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must comply with the travel supplier's policies. OceanVibes Vacations is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees or restrictions. It is the cardholder's responsibility to understand the supplier's terms before authorizing payment.

5. Fraudulent Transactions
The cardholder acknowledges that this transaction is legitimate and authorized. Any disputes or claims of unauthorized use should be reported directly to your financial institution.

6. Accuracy of Information
By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. OceanVibes Vacations is not liable for charges made using inaccurate information provided by the cardholder.

7. Responsibility for Payment
The cardholder assumes full responsibility for the payment of all charges associated with the travel booking, including but not limited to deposits, final payments, and additional costs arising from changes or cancellations.

8. Confidentiality
All credit card information collected by OceanVibes Vacations is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of completing authorized transactions. Your information will not be shared with any third party, except for processing payments with travel suppliers.

9. Revocation of Authorization
You may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice to OceanVibes Vacations. Any charges processed before the notice of revocation will remain the responsibility of the cardholder.

10. Agreement
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
