Welcome to OceanVibes Vacations! These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

These Terms: (1) become effective upon the earlier of: (a) your written, digital, or electronic signature; or (b) your submission to us of any payment or payment authorization for Travel Services; (2) will be renewed each time you submit to us any payment or payment authorization for Travel Services; (3) will terminate upon the earlier of: (a) completion of your Trip; or (b) either Party’s written notice of termination to the other Party; (4) are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

DEFINITIONS

“Booking” means a reservation made by Agency regarding your Trip.

“Supplier” means a party who provides Travel Services to Travelers.

“Traveler” means you and each traveler on the same Booking.

1. Scope of Services

OceanVibes Vacations specializes in cruise travel planning and booking. We act as an intermediary between you and the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We do not operate or control these services directly and are not responsible for their performance.

2. Booking Process

Initial Consultation:
Clients must provide accurate travel preferences and personal information during consultations.

Deposits and Payments:

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking, as dictated by the cruise line or other service provider.

• Final payment deadlines are established by the service providers and must be adhered to. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits.

• OceanVibes Vacations may request final payment 1–2 weeks prior to the supplier's stated deadline. This standard practice allows a buffer to account for any unexpected issues or delays and ensures we can advocate on your behalf if necessary. Our goal is to protect your investment and ensure your trip proceeds smoothly, with minimal risk of cancellation or loss of funds.

Travel Documents:
Passports, visas, and any required travel documents are your responsibility. OceanVibes Vacations is not liable for delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documentation.

3. Fees and Payments

1. Service Fees: OceanVibes Vacations charges a service fee for planning and booking. These fees will be disclosed upfront.
2. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via secure credit card authorization.
3. Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the service provider (e.g., cruise lines). OceanVibes Vacations will assist in processing refunds but is not responsible for their issuance.

4. Changes and Cancellations

1. Client-Initiated Changes: Any modifications to your booking are subject to service provider policies and may incur additional fees.
2. Cancellations: Cancellation policies are determined by the cruise line or other providers. OceanVibes Vacations will facilitate the process but is not responsible for penalties or fees incurred.
3. Force Majeure: OceanVibes Vacations is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

5. Liability

1. Service Provider Responsibility: OceanVibes Vacations is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions by cruise lines, airlines, or other providers.
2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. OceanVibes Vacations can provide recommendations but is not responsible for claims or coverage decisions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for travel arrangements. For more details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OceanVibes Vacations’ liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to us.
