    • Final payment deadlines are established by the service providers and must be adhered to. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits.
  3. Travel Documents: Passports, visas, and any required travel documents are your responsibility. OceanVibes Vacations is not liable for delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documentation.

3. Fees and Payments

  1. Service Fees: OceanVibes Vacations may charge a non-refundable service fee for research and design. These fees will be disclosed upfront.
  2. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via secure credit card authorization, Cash APP, or Venmo.
  3. Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the service provider (e.g., cruise lines). OceanVibes Vacations will assist in processing refunds but is not responsible for their issuance.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  1. Client-Initiated Changes: Any modifications to your booking are subject to service provider policies and may incur additional fees.
  2. Cancellations: Cancellation policies are determined by the cruise line or other providers. OceanVibes Vacations will facilitate the process but is not responsible for penalties or fees incurred.
  3. Force Majeure: OceanVibes Vacations is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

5. Liability

  1. Service Provider Responsibility: OceanVibes Vacations is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions by cruise lines, airlines, or other providers.
  2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. OceanVibes Vacations can provide recommendations but is not responsible for claims or coverage decisions.
