By submitting payment, I authorize Original Platinum Travels Co. to charge the credit card indicated on this document for the specified amount as of today’s date. This payment specifically covers the Research Fees described on the invoice, which I have reviewed and approved.

I acknowledge and understand that all initial deposits made to Original Platinum Travels Co. are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. The charge applies to Research Fees for my requested trip, and if this payment is not received within 48 business hours of invoice receipt, my request will be considered null and void.

Please read carefully:

• Research Fees will be applied toward the final balance due for the booked trip but will not be used toward the trip deposit.

• Research Fees are nonrefundable and will compensate the agency for the time and expertise invested in crafting the trip, should the trip be canceled at any time, for any reason.

• Any additional payments made directly to the supplier that are deemed refundable* will be processed as a Trip Credit or Refund, in accordance with the travel insurance options selected at booking. If no travel insurance is selected, all funds are nonrefundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.

• Research Fees are $50 for individual requests of up to 5 rooms, and $100 for requests of 6 rooms or more. Groups of 15 or more passengers may require a higher deposit, depending on group needs and dynamics.

• All traveler names and email addresses must be provided at the time of request to ensure accurate pricing and arrangements.

• Repeat clients who have booked and traveled on two or more trips will have research fees waived as a token of appreciation for continued loyalty.

• For speculative trips already organized by the agency, research fees are only assessed if a custom request or significant change is submitted by the client.

These policies are in place to uphold the excellence of our bespoke service, as the agency has previously experienced a high volume of complimentary research requests that did not result in bookings, causing financial losses.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the provided credit card and agree not to dispute the payment with my card issuer, provided the transaction aligns with the terms stated in this agreement. I understand that payment in full is required to proceed with personalized travel planning.
