		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="By submitting this travel inquiry form, you understand and accept the planning agreement terms and conditions for yourself and the travelers included in your party.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Services. The Travel Agent shall provide travel planning and booking services to the Client for the travel arrangements specified in the Client’s submitted quote form. The Travel Agent shall use its best efforts to provide the Client with travel services that meet the Client’s specifications and requirements."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Communication. Client agrees that all pre-departure and post-travel communication between Travel Agent and Client is via email. Client agrees to use Travel Agent’s phone number for in-destination emergencies only. If Client prefers to talk over phone with Travel Agent, this will be arranged between Client and Travel Agent on a case by case basis. This is to respect Travel Agent’s personal time outside of working hours.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Professionalism. Travel Agent agrees to treat Client with respect and professionalism at all times. Client agrees to treat Travel Agent and its employees with respect and professionalism at all times. Any verbal or written communication that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. Travel Agent reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with this provision."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Travel arrangements. The Travel Agent shall use its best efforts to arrange for the Client’s travel, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities. The Travel Agent shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or other issues that arise from the services provided by third-party travel providers. Travel Agent will support to the best of their ability in emergency situations and guarantees the best services possible to client."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Client obligations. The Client agrees to provide the Travel Agent with all necessary information needed to plan the trip. The Client shall be responsible for complying with all applicable travel regulations, including visa requirements and health and safety requirements. Client is responsible for reading all correspondence and documents sent by Travel Agent including but not limited to travel documents, tips and tricks guide, and destination information guide.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Entry Refusal. Countries may restrict entry for persons with criminal records. Client is responsible to understand all destination entry laws and to know if Client or anyone in the party has a criminal record. Travel agent does not inquire about Client criminal records in the interest of privacy. Refusal of entry is not a valid reason for cancellation, chargeback or refund."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Limitation of liability. The Travel Agent shall not be liable for any damages or losses that arise from the Client’s use of the travel services provided, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or loss of income. The Travel Agent should also not be held liable for any damages or losses due to third party companies client books with. The current travel environment is changing rapidly and is extremely fluid. You agree to withhold liability of Come and See Travel if any changes occur between booking and completion of travel."/>&#13;
