PERSONAL TOUCH TRAVEL DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Services for the provision of Travel Consulting service include but not limited to: travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing and traveler support for air, rail, and lodging, car rental which includes arrangement, booking, ticketing, destination services, documentation, and research for national international services for personalized itineraries.
There will be an initial consultation to determine if you would like to retain the services of the Personal Touch Travel Design.
Once you agree to obtain our services, a non-refundable Research & Design Fee will be charged by and paid to Personal Touch Travel Design. This non-refundable fee amount is charged on a per trip basis.
Personal Touch Travel Design is dedicated to their clientele and every reasonable effort will be made for their satisfaction. The traveler understands and acknowledges that unforeseen events and circumstances (ex: weather, political unrest, foreign transportation delays, CDC travel restrictions) may occur which is out of the control and of no fault of Personal Touch Travel Design.
All itineraries up to the finished product are considered the property of the traveler.
