PERSONAL TOUCH TRAVEL DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Services for the provision of Travel Consulting service include but not limited to: travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing and traveler support for air, rail, and lodging, car rental which includes arrangement, booking, ticketing, destination services, documentation, and research for national international services for personalized itineraries.
There will be an initial consultation to determine if you would like to retain the services of the Personal Touch Travel Design.
Once you agree to obtain our services, a non-refundable Research & Design Fee of $300.00 will be charged and paid to the Personal Touch Travel Design. This fee is a fee for services to be rendered.
Personal Touch Travel Design is dedicated to their clientele and every reasonable effort will be made for their satisfaction. The traveler understands and acknowledges that unforeseen events and circumstances (ex: weather, political unrest, foreign transportation delays, CDC travel restrictions) may occur which is out of the control and of no fault of Personal Touch Travel Design.
All itineraries up to the finished product are considered the property of the traveler.
I agree to the above terms and conditions and request Personal Touch Travel Design to research potential travel itineraries. I agree to pay the sum of $300.00 per booking as a Research & Planning Fee. I understand that this fee is non-refundable.
