Payment Authorization & Client Consent

By signing below, I authorize Jay's Tropical Escapes, acting as my travel advisor, to submit and process my payment for my travel reservation through the selected travel supplier, Vacation Express, using the payment method I have provided.

I understand and agree that:

• This payment will be processed through Vacation Express for my travel reservation.
• Jay’s Tropical Escapes is acting solely as my travel advisor and is not the merchant processing my payment.
• I certify that I am the authorized cardholder and have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.
• I have reviewed my itinerary, traveler names, travel dates, and pricing and authorize Jay’s Tropical Escapes to proceed with my reservation.
• I understand that travel prices are subject to change until my reservation has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
• I understand that deposits and payments may be non-refundable and are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of Vacation Express and any applicable travel supplier.
• I agree to the supplier’s Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review them prior to travel.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this authorization and voluntarily authorize Jay’s Tropical Escapes to process my payment for my travel reservation.

Important Notice

By signing this authorization, you acknowledge that this transaction is authorized by you. Jay’s Tropical Escapes acts solely as your travel advisor and is not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation penalties, pricing changes before booking, or chargebacks initiated after travel services have been purchased in accordance with your authorization.
