Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

As a valued client of Lotus Luxury Escapes, we are committed to providing a secure and trustworthy booking experience. To protect both our clients and our business from fraudulent activity, please review the following Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Policy.

1. Booking Accuracy
All information provided during the booking process must be accurate and truthful. Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in booking complications, cancellations, or potential loss of funds.

2. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment through Lotus Luxury Escapes and its travel suppliers, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have obtained explicit permission from the authorized cardholder to use the payment method. Lotus Luxury Escapes reserves the right to request written authorization from the cardholder when necessary.

3. Dispute & Chargeback Process
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Lotus Luxury Escapes reserves the right to provide documentation and evidence to the relevant financial institution or payment processor demonstrating that the transaction was authorized and services were rendered in accordance with the agreed terms.

4. Communication Requirement
If any concerns, discrepancies, or issues arise regarding your booking, you agree to contact Lotus Luxury Escapes prior to initiating a dispute with your financial institution. Our team is committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Fraudulent or Improper Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause or without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Lotus Luxury Escapes may be considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, Lotus Luxury Escapes reserves the right to pursue recovery of any financial losses, including but not limited to chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and legal expenses where permitted by law.

6. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with your booking and payment authorization, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy, as well as all other applicable terms and conditions of Lotus Luxury Escapes.
